Hi, I'm Kellie Bukovets and I'm a fully qualified and practicing Hatha Yoga Teacher.
I began practicing yoga about 17 years ago. It has been part of my daily routine ever since. I was fascinated with how I felt after my practice, and still am now. It wasn't just the difference in my body, but the lightness and joy I felt in my mind, like a weight had been lifted. It is not just a form of exercise for me but a way of healing the body and mind. It has dramatically changed and improved my life over the years. With regular practice you will notice your physical body becoming stronger, your muscles toned, increased stamina, strength and flexibility, and on an emotional level, increased confidence, joy and happiness in your life.
Yoga is a way of life, an integrated system of education for the body, mind and spirit. Yoga is learning to come back to yourself. It's finding your limits, expanding your boundaries, increasing your awareness, and being able to truly relax into your whole being. Through the practice of yoga you will be able to remember who you really are which you may have forgotten while being caught up in the whirlwind of a fast-paced life.
Yoga can benefit many conditions and ailments as well as having a noticeable improvement on your physique and posture. As a beginner to yoga there is no requirement to already have a certain degree of flexibility so all fitness levels are welcome to join a class.
